In the Under 13 Inter school Cricket Tournament organised by Indian School Al Ghubra, ISM won the final match against Indian School Al Wadi Al Kabir to lift the championship trophy.
ISM created history by winning the GOKALDAS MEMORIAL INTERMEDIATE KNOCKOUT CUP for the year 2006. On Friday 5th May 2006, they defeated CARILLION ALAWI in the final by 6 wickets.
Carillion scored 194 for 7 in 20 Overs, in reply ISM scored 196 for the loss of 4 wickets in 19.1 overs.
Vivek Vankatram of XI E scored 83 not out and Luvieen Alva of X scored 30 not out.
Prableen Singh of XII took 4 wickets.
Vivek Vankatram and Prableen Singh were decleared the men of the match.
